We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Mada, Tamara, and Apple Pay.
- The price for each product ordered is the price displayed on the website.
- Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday (except holidays).
- Applicable sales taxes are included in the prices.
- The shipping and transportation costs are not included in the price.

Oxxo Orders generally deliver the orderson the same day within Riyadh and between 1-5 working days out side Riyadh from time of ordering (this may take a bit longer during sale periods, and special occasions) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Return Policy
1. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase (online).
2. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
3. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products (Panties, Bras, Lingerie, and Swimwear).
4. If you return non-returnable item or wrong items the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 shipping fees and the item will be sent back to your address.
5. A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.

- Returnable Products purchased online are eligible for return in-store upon presenting the order invoice at the counter. For payments made through Tamara, the refund will be provided in cash.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Failure to present the original payment card will result in a refund using a OXXO gift card.

1. For hygienic reasons, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange panties, bras, shapewear, swimwear, and accessories.
2. All merchandise eligible for return must be intact, not washed or worn and original price tags must still be attached.

once Oxxo has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you the money back as per your payment method, if you have paid using COD you have to fill out the COD refund form. The money will be refunded back to your bank account, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs as well, clearance and handling fees which are non- refundable since they are paid to third parties.
Exchanges and Refunds:
- No changes, returns or withdrawal of products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any state that reasonably indicates that the product has been used. They will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.
- All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged and with labels.
